October is my favorite month of the year. I think it always has been. It started with my macabre love for vampire stories and Halloween as a child, when you get to dress up and be whoever you want to be, plus the compulsory bags of sweeties that came along with pretending to be a cat or a Hawaiian dancer or a witch. Fall starts for me, officially, in October, as the month where you start staying at home a little more, flick the kettle on for tea a little more, and think about the long festive months that lie ahead of you. For this blogs inaugural entry, I had trouble selecting what to share first. After being dairy-free for a decade, I’ve literally found a ton of recipes in which I have substituted dairy free ingredients successfully. So I’m eager to share, but there’s only one of me, and lots of work to be done. So I thought I’d get started with a set of helpful and handy links to dairy-free products, beginning with my refrigerator basics. I will be back to update this list as and when I find ingredients, so I’ll link back to the updates as I go along and also try to add some perspective...
