October is my favorite month of the year. I think it always has been. It started with my macabre love for vampire stories and Halloween as a child, when you get to dress up and be whoever you want to be, plus the compulsory bags of sweeties that came along with pretending to be a cat or a Hawaiian dancer or a witch. For this blogs inaugural entry, I had trouble selecting what to share first. After being dairy-free for a decade, I’ve literally found a ton of recipes in which I have substituted dairy free ingredients successfully. So I’m eager to share, but there’s only one of me, and lots of work to be done.
